Hi all, Araxom here from Blizzard Customer Support. We're beginning to see a wave of incoming tickets from players in regions other than North America who are wondering why they can't access the Open Beta.
The Open Beta has only been released in North America, per our recent announcement it is our intention to go live in the other regions within the next few days.
If you are in a region other than North America, please know you'll have access to the Open Beta very soon! We thank you for your patience =)
